I have a 2024 RX 500h and I have had the popping issue, been "repaired" twice now by the dealership, both times they said it was fixed. It has not been fixed and now I am sending multiple emails to the dealership to get a replacement but, I have no received one reply from them! I will be going in person to try to speak with the GM this week. I have a feeling the radio silence is because they are trying to figure out what to do with all these vehicles that are having the same issue. I know of at least 3 other vehicles from the same dealership that has the same issue. Including one of the service advisor managers having the same issue with the same model. Mine was made in Canada
@@DasnarkyRemarky I have a feeling they are getting more and more complaints about this and trying to figure out what to do, make sure to keep harassing your dealership so it is in their system, I think it is a manufacturing defect
My brand new 2024 RX 350 Premium Plus has the popping noise, but so did my 2022 Acura RDX. What is worse in my new RX 350 is a rattling noise that the service department is having a difficult time locating where the noise is coming from. It sounds like it could be coming from the dash area and as of today, the text from service says they think it could be coming from outside the car. This started 3 days after taking ownership. I've had the car 3 weeks and it is currently at Lexus service now going on 7 days. The service advisor told me to just turn up the volume to drown out the noise. REALLY? I have contacted Lexus Corporate and they are looking into this issue. This issue is a huge let down being it is my first Lexus AND it is supposed to be a luxury car.
I felt the same way. I went with Lexus because of the luxury, build quality and reliability, so far have been very disappointed. My dealership is working with their Customer Relations team to address the issue. And especially after having it in for repairs twice, I don't want them to keep ripping apart a brand new vehicle
My RX350h 2024 is going through the same popping noise issue. Kind of sounds like an acorn falling on the roof. Much in the same vein as the commenters, the dealership stated that they can not do anything about they cannot duplicate the problem. This is just ridiculous!
Keep taking it in. I actually took the shop manager on a ride with me to show him and have him confirm the noises. keep taking it in, I have a feeling they know this is a "known issue" and possible defect with these models. don't let up with the dealership and make sure you make them note it every time you take it in. I will update what happens with mine here for everyone else that commented with the same issue
