Hi Andrew, i wonder if Vitamin C ,resveratrol, bromelain, quercetin, all antioxidants have any beneficial effects on preventing glaucoma , or improving the health of the optic nerve.

Hi thank u for covering this topic in depth! I believe mindfulness meditation has been shown to improve intraocular pressure (Dada, J glaucoma 2018). In another video, this researcher clarified that niacin is not the same as nicotinamide, the latter being involved in ATP metabolism. ru-vid.comGYzoeuYcjPk?feature=share The nicotinamide and breast cancer in mice study is intriguing. It’s not surprising since nicotinamide is involved in mitochondrial ATP metabolism, and cancer cells are more metabolically active. So it makes sense not to use this vitamin in someone who already has cancer like you said, as it can fuel the cancer, but it wouldn’t necessarily cause cancer.
