​@@heywassup3400Personally I wouldn't do it daily cuz there r other muscle groups in our body too which require training, like arms, legs and chest. And by doing abs daily, ur posture will also worsen cuz u contract it abs while doing an ab workout. And as a result of bad posture ull seem shorter than u actually are.

Every time I finish this circuit it’s a celebration and a miracle. Friend says abs are noticeably showing more. We now do this circuit together a few times a week

Edit: If you want to do your exercises with better quality and correct form, the best way to do any abs exercise with your back on the floor is to think of pushing your abs through your lower back into the floor (so when you try and put your hand under your lower back it can't get under). This will provide the correct way to activate them and also enhance the quality of your workout. Hope this helps anyone, I've only found out this way so many years down the line. The fact that this came out forty mins after I finished my own workout 💀😂 Look forward to this next week as I want spend time on my core. It's just crazy that he always brings out the vids I need at the right time 😱

Huge Thanks Chris for the massive amount of different workouts you provide and a lot of stuff with no equipment which i don't have. Been at it for 3-4 weeks now and I feel so much stronger, start growing muscles in areas I didn't think I could, my posture improved so much in that short time and most importantly my mental strength to push myself has improved the most. You are one of my top favourite calisthenics Athlete! I have looked up to you since I found calisthenics about 10 years ago (age 15-16) and this is my first year at age 25 where I have been consistent and it has changed not only to the body I always dreamed to have but it has changed my life all around! I love your videos your drive and your consistency!! I hope I can get just as good as you if not better and one day workout with you as maybe you can give some great tips about technique which I have a lot of trouble on… I do this video every Saturday 3 sets totalling 1 hr of straight abs (I do abs throughout the week as well) and you and these videos have saved me for the better!! I'm 5'11 and currently weigh 210 lbs and i remember weighing 175lbs being able to do 3 rounds of some of Chris his old abs videos back to back right now at 210 i felt like dying after not being able to complete 45 seconds of each exercise, but at the same time i haven't felt this inspired to get back into the ab training videos eacht day until i can once again comfortably complete 3 or more rounds back to back. Much love Chris for changing so many lives for the better and doing so for years by now.❤

Chris, thank you for this perfect routine for me right now. I'm super surprised at how well it worked for me. I'm a relatively trim and fit 69 year old, but still it was hard for me... but so worth it. I thought I'd share for others the incremental approach I took in case it may help them... - at first I could barely do them well (or at all) - I was then able to do them all but only for 10 seconds each (except burpees which I skipped) - over time (a week or two) I increased the exercise duration to 15 seconds, then to 20 etc. The added benefit was it gave me a longer break (20 secs exercise means 40 secs rest - which I needed!) - I'm now up to 40 seconds (I stop when Chris says 5 seconds left). A few more things that worked for me: - did it early in the day before my body got tired - leg and glute stretches first - Chris says squeeze. I really focused on feeling and thinking about how the muscles react. - I got better results going a little slower and not have the momentum of the limbs dominate - focusing on form made it more satifying - doing every other day worked best for me Benefits I saw: - golf: wider and smoother turn in my backswing - feeling muscles all working together on walks/hikes - stronger and more limber in all my movements Still not doing the burpee one (maybe some day). Next is to do all 45 seconds, then perhaps some light weights with a couple of them.

May I don't know if this is a good advice considering the age everyone is different but if you are ok you can try pre cool down meaning 3min ice bath or cold shower, then light stretches and the workout caution carefully with back pain and so on . I do it and I'm in my 40s can say rearely but the pre cool down help immensely

You will always feel sore after a workout, otherwise you aren't working out right. If you don't feel sore, you aren't tearing your muscle and the muscle won't grow

My man Chris this workout was a killer! The first time I tried this routine was last week I struggled a lot! My arms were killing me from all those plank exercises 😄 but now having tried it again today I've gotten a little better at it! My arms and abs were hurting like crazy of course but I can feel myself adapting to this routine! I was even able to successfully complete that boat hold for the whole 45 seconds that boat hold man sheeesh! Thanks for the new ab routine I do this one along with the other 20 minute ab routine (the ab routine from about a year ago that has 9.5 million views I believe) proud to be a THENX athlete 💪
