Nobody has helped me like Chris Heria has. I've been at constant war with myself for my entire life, between wanting to look and feel great but never finding the motivation to stick to a routine. Since I found Chris (In March of 2023) I have been able to finally start building muscle (arms as well as abs) and have lost over 40 pounds. Thank you, Chris! I have never felt more confident in myself and I owe a lot to you.
Chris, i just hit 81 PUSH-UPS IN A ROW!!!! i’ve been watching your videos for about a year now. you’ve brought me so far. thanks, i appreciate you so much
Small word of warning. I did this workout and I am decently fit. Nevertheless, I overworked my hip flexor muscles so hard (since my abs were fatigued and could not keep up) that I could not stand or walk straight for 5 days. Had to cancel my normal workouts to recover. If you are new to ab workouts, do not hesitate to take it much slower than what is shown in the video.
You're for sure just supposed to take it at your own pace, that's why it's timed and not a rep count. Just do as much as you comfortably can for 45 seconds. And then for the endurance ones (like the planks) just do it for as long as you can.
I have a athletic body frame, and have been strenght training for 20 years. Until today, that I tried this routine, I never realized how weak my core was. Now I have a new training goal- strenghtening my core. I love this lifestyle and the folks that push it like yourself! Thank you sir! 💯💪
You know i was depressed from few days becoz i couldnt score enough marks in my exam to get a good college in india. I was so lost and broken that I could not do either my studies or my workouts properly. Everytime i started doing, that trauma just strike me and break my confidence. But now after watching your wholesome video i feel that there is someone with me to motivate me and not just that but to inspire me to not give up on my dreams. Thanks Chris for always helping us to work harder 😊😊
The true Champion is not the one that never falls, but the one who keeps tearing walls down. 💪😎👍 Set backs are a fact of life for how long you shall live (plan for 100!) 😅
I'm just 13 years following ur workout since 2 months, got many changes. People believe that inconsistent workout can result and then blame u, ur the best and all know that.
@@Pinkman_18 Sean Nalewnyi, Greg Doucette, Mario tomic, Jeff Nippard, Hybrid Calsithentics aka Hampton , Chris Heria and Joe Fazer are all good but watch out for people like V shred who just try to convince you that you need their product and tell you lies about fitness.
Hey Chris I just wanna say how you've been a huge impact on my life, I'm sure I'm not the only person whose life you've changed. While I was struggling with depression I wouldn't have any aspirations but looking through your videos and completing your workouts really changed that for me. It pulled me out of that depression and gave me a goal. I appreciate the content you put out for us and I would recommend your content to anyone whose also going through depression.
tried this just today and man have to say my core feels like burning. and i love it, because it means it's very effective. and every uploads just motivates me to do it, feels like im addicted to sore nowadays.
Thanks for all the great exercises. I started working on my abs and fat burning slowly 8 weeks ago. Primarily fat burning and the last week I’ve been doing more abs exercises. Ran into your videos and been using them nearly daily. I do take a bit longer breaks, since I’m not fit enough yet to do it the way it’s supposed to be done, but I’m getting there! Lost 10 kilo’s in 8 weeks and am now at 74/75 kilos and 177 cm tall. Abs are starting to show already, so I’m happy and feeling very good and healthy. Thanks again for your hard work! 💪🏻
Thank Chris Heria for making this video and training abdominal muscles. This kind of training is really powerful. It is very helpful to me. I look forward to the video produced by the Thenx team every time. Thank you for learning a lot of love&peace 🙏❤️🔥💪
That's good to say, but there are exercises that put too much strain on your joints or groin, or don't provide enough benefit for the effort given. I would say that any exercise that injures you or wastes your time are bad workouts. That being said, I love Heria's workouts. They are neither dangerous nor meaningless
@@quadraticf Petty and entirely unnecessary to say. Well done, you neither added anything to someone else's comment nor retorted with an alternative position. 100% snark 0% helpful
I’m just starting out after 3 years of not being in the gym and I’m 50 years old and wow I could only get through half of this but I have a goal and I will meet that goal thanks for the video. Love your workouts.
Chris’s workouts have been amazing. When i first started doing his workouts I had a hard time even doing high plank to low planks at all!! But now (about 3 weeks in) I can keep up really no issue now! I love seeing these improvements in myself and just what a little consistently can do!
At first I didn’t trained abs because I heard that it is pointless to train them and I saw some results but when I started your ab workouts I saw even more results so thank you really much for your motivation you are the reason why I learned a muscle up and Handstandpushups thank you Chris
Hey Chris your videos brought me so far that I created this fitness channel its its only 14 subs now but I hope one day I'll be able to help so many people like u did
Argentina says hello. Today on my training going to start with this ABS explosive routine and already cooked some recipies from other videos. The body trasnformation is real only if a habit is made out of this examples. Big hug!
@@jaisingh.p yes but a good diet is also important. You won't be a huge bodybuilder like the ones on ig or yt, but you will have more overall strength than them
The best part about this video is that it’s reminding me of the time I do these exercises from one of your old videos and 3 years later the exercises still work, I like to thank you Chris for not only teaching us how to get these abs but I also like to thank you for giving my hope for my future back in place. If I didn’t watch your videos I be hopeless .
Hello thank you for helping me get my sixpack it actually helps me at school and I don’t get bullied because I was fat and it hurt my friends a lot you are the best person I ever met with the workouts my trainer said that you’re very nice and you know what are you doing in your food is very nice thank you
@@micko_music my abs are in pain 😩but pain makes you stronger! the pain was worth it. I want to be a calisthenic athlete like chris heria. i wish you good luck for your next workout bro 💪💪💪
I just wanted to say that you have inspired me so much! I used to be fit, of course not shredded like you but then covid came. Got stuck at home, everything was being done from home. This lifestyle plus work pressure stress made the life style sickening. Got fat and started feeling more and more tired during day without doing hardly any physical work. But now I have started losing fat. Working out daily, eating healthy, getting back to the fitter self. Thanks
i have just changed this to my ab workout now, i used to be a skinny twig and you've defiantly improved my body a lot and your one of my biggest inspirations and I've been watching your videos for years keep up the good work and congrats on all your success
I really want to thank you very much Chris, you have changed my life completely since a year and I have developed so positively in my live that there are simply no words. The only thing I can say is: THANK YOU CHRIS ❤❤❤
Thank you Chris for these awesome videos, you’ve helped me for almost a year now. My transformation has been amazing from the dieting and workout videos. I even started bodybuilding as part of my regular life routines. I owe you a lot brother, thank you so much 💯💪🏼
Thanks so much for the vid, this was my first time doing it and I honestly got an amazing work out. I’m already at 7 percent body fat so hopefully I can get shredded really soon
This vid made me realize that I need to strengthen my core so much… I’ve always been a skinny guy so I never really payed attention on training abs, decided to try this one and Oh My God dude… I now realize that my abs and my core in general are the weakest set of muscle on my body right now. I will be training this 3 times a week so I can start making some changes 🤞🏻 Thanks Chris 💯
I've been training karate for 12 years since I was 7 and was constantly gaining weight slowly over the years because after my training i would eat too much. I've been doing Chris' workouts 5-6 times a week for about month and a half and started eating like him and now i lost 15 pounds already. You can definitely do it you just have to keep grinding.
ik people do workout for their physical fitness or to impress opposite sex, but I genuinely like it because it helps me channel out my anger into something better. It is such a great mental fix.
The quality of the videos is getting better all the time man. Also nice that you vary in videos than just workout videos. You are really a inspiration for me dude! Chris when will you have your first official boxing match? Mad love🖤🔥
Man by the time those russian twists come along i start gasping "f#^#^#% you chris" but then when im done im like "ahhhhh hes alright" thanks for the motivation man haha
I love this workout with a weight! I just started a THENX Basic calisthenics training progression and I already notice a difference! Thanks so much for all of your sharing inspiration, knowledge and routines!
Hey I just gotta say thank u so much for this like u made it seem so fast like it didn't not feel like 15 minutes. I'm gonna try and keep on Thisbe routine with this video. It was fs the best workout I have had on my abs ever. So thank u. Have a goodbye one!
This absolutely killed me. I really thought my midsection was a bit harder from some of the things I have been able to do at the gym. Come to find out this hit areas that were SOFT. THANKS CHRIS 😭. Cant wait to get that 3M vest for my jogs someday 🔥 💡
added to the list of 20 other ab workouts totaling 28 different types of ab workouts. My muscles are gonna be hella confused. Too bad daddy needs this 6 pack.
@nglspaghetti lol my diet was trash, too much alcohol, sugar and fast food. I was 6' 190lbs. I started eating healthier and less alcohol but most importantly I intermittent fast to lose the fat I had. I am 165lbs now. I workout almost everyday now too. Keep pushing. 100 push ups a day!
I need to start doing practice with you again. It’s worked so well for me before though I had a gap. Took up smoking cigarettes and kind of detoured. So happy to see it keep going here… 💪
15 year old here,i started doing this workout 1 month prior to my athletic season just to get into shape, and its been very effective and i can totally say that this is the best workout for 15 mins
