Set the unit type to architectural or engineering and insertion scale to inches, then open the dimension style manager and change the unit formats as in units, then work

Imperial format is used in case of feet and inches, and metric is used in case of m, mm, cm, km etc

What is not working??

@@CADDMANIAC some of the your using are not at all working for example :increasing text size to 9'' but it always showing 3'' to me not at all changing . And dimensions lines also not at all working when I enter feet and inches the rectangle is not displaying properly. Like this there are so many issuses

@@CADDMANIAC bro check once in the cad2021 version when we select rectangle tool after specifying the place, when we press 'd' it asks length and width after that the rectangle is not forming , i am this bro .
