This was a very thorough tutorial. I've never used Asana before; however, I saw a job description that had it as a "nice to know" project management application and I did a search and chose your page. Based on what you've shown, it looks like it could look very busy if you're working on multiple projects. I do appreciate that the layout is clean.

To make it more insightful you could have taken a hypothetical project and used it to explain everything. Mid to later on in the video u are just droning on without linking the ideas with the youtube channel project

I find MPP and Adobe Workfront to be way more easy to use, especially for dependencies, duration and for auto timeline calculations.

Hi guys. Can we visualise multiple jobs at the same time? I own a renovation company and sometimes we are running few project at the same time so I need to be able to see all the project on the timeline so we don’t make a mistake when scheduling the team that will be working on each job. Helpful, but you can edit out some of the dead air to make this shorter.

If you try to use this product you will find that it's extremely expensive to get it to do what you expect. Free, cheap, and pretty expensive versions do almost nothing at all. Prices are misleading, they are for each person who accesses the product. So real costs, even in a small company, are 10 or 20 times quoted.

Hi, Some of our projects are very in depth but some are very quick, like taking aerial photography one a property, where there really isn't much need to use a template and add a large amount of details for these. Some projects say for a large shoot require 4 or 5 members of our team, so we need to be able to assign multiple members to some tasks, and my team need to be easily be able to see what's days they have shoots and break downs of different times in that day. Is there anyway to do this? I am currently testing out Asana, Monday and Click Up to see which platform is better. Any more advice would be much appreciated.

Hello How can I use ASANA to track the project members activities, I didn't see it, its look like a management of my own tasks or activities

If I want to use this to monitor people that I speak to would I have each person as a seperate task or all under a seperate project
