As you were telling the story of being kicked out of PP, I was audibly cursing them out as well. I'm glad you're taking legal action back against them. Prince probably would have had them fired shortly after that if he was still been here with us. Hopefully you're all able to return there in the future under better circumstances.

I honestly would love to hear more stories about Vanity from you three. She's such an enigma and mystery. Maybe even more so than Prince. She even said herself she practiced magic. And when she comes up, I notice Susan gets a bit quiet. I kinda wanted to hear what she was going to say. The relationship seemed like complicated sisters to me. Like Charmed when Prue left.

I was trying to recover from Susan's tears, when all of a sudden, the tea got REALLY HOT! Wow! I said this the day Prince died: The ride is over. I am so glad I was there from the very beginning. It was an amazing journey. However, I am not interested in supporting his estate. If it had been passed on to someone via a will, that would be different, but hearing about what happened to Apples, Susan, and Brenda at Paisley, I know I made the right decision.

Hoping for an official CD release of the Vanity 6/Apollonia 6 albums with a DVD of the videos and live performances

I watched the premiere last night and all I could comment was "😭!' Now that I watched again (and got the full ending) I still cried but can now form a few words. The entire 3 part reunion was absolutely phenomenal! This was real talk from the ladies and Mr Seth (and the surprise guests appearances at the end) for all the Purple Fams! Thank you so much!💜✌️

I fell so lucky 2 have grown up during the time Prince was up and coming into the super star He became. I started liking Prince because My older siblings liked Prince . I was always interested in things My older siblings liked. Prince was odd and different . In some of His younger days far out there and provocative for the times. But people I knew was still into him. As I grew older He added other acts like The Time and Vanity 6. They were always in the Music magazine's and black publications. I would buy all their albums. I have them all 2day. The original albums. The magazines.Even the original Rolling stone issue with prince and Vanity on the cover. A true treasure.

This was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The love, the passion, the questions, the answers, the heart, the tears, of joy, pain, anger, it's what Prince's music was all about. The human experience and facing adversity and coming out on top. That's what you, Apollonia 6, and Vanity 6 achieved and did it with pride, grace, moxy, dedication, perseverance intelligence and beauty, and will do it again. Really felt Susan's tears...btw, in 2017, the siblings had been named heirs to the Estate. If the girls were sitting with Omarr and Tyka during the Revolution concert at PP, how did they get thrown out/ banned (minutes later) without the siblings knowing, or intervening on their behalf? Didn't she say Bobby Z witnessed the interrogation, too? Smh.

I remember Vanity's death being made public while Prince was in Australia and I had tickets to see his Piano show and he didn't cancel the shows and performed. Unbelievable xxxx

On 3/18/06, I attended the last NPG Music Club concert in the South Beach club Mansion (formerly Glam Slam Miami) with Tamar & Prince so we were all in front of the stage. I loved the Purple Rain and Let’s Go Crazy encore because he was looking at my direction. The next week Prince released a Afshin Shahidi picture of the crowd and find out Susan was standing right next to me. My last Prince concert was the Hard Rock Live 1/31/07 Wed. before Super Bowl XLI. Having Susan confirm that Prince was coming back to Florida for Piano & a Microphone in 2016 is heartbreaking. Missed the fun concert drives with Prince friends. I would love to win the Apollonia 6 autographed vinyl insert. ❤

I always wondered what was holding up the estate from putting out the V6 and A6 albums again, and now we know. I am so, so sorry this has been such an emotional and legal nightmare for you, Apollonia. I do hope someday justice prevails. F that B at PP.

Regarding the PP incident, I’m just curious as to why the Revolution did not help with the situation? Doesn’t seem like them to not be vocal about this.

Loved this so much I grew up in MN lived in Chaska was in Paisley Park for the grand opening party I have a sculpture in the lobby. So much history! Thanks for everything I was crying too. Prince was absolutely amazing he left a legacy you all are a part of it.

This was all so incredible. Their adult kids! How crazy is that? And Susan simply doesn't age apparently. Apollonia's genuineness and sensitivity is always so beautiful. So amazing to see these 3 seeming like just regular people who happened to have this amazing experience 40 years ago. Hearing about PP was just awful and I hope we all hear more about the lawsuit and that Apollonia gets the autobiography out!

Although you ladies and gentleman already know. But it also should be noted that Vanity died on the same day and month but different year as Prince's mother died. I sometimes wonder if that must've hit Prince hard even more so had Vanity died on a different day and month. I know it did me being such a fan of Prince. They didn't name Shelia on this podcast, probably due to legal issues. Wasn't Shelia at PP every second, for a while, after Prince's death? I was hoping Brenda would name Shelia on the lemon cake claim, at least.

I'm sorry about the terrible experience at Paisley. They should've been treated with much respect. However, with Apollonia, that lady treated her the same way she treated Sheila, Mayte, and other people she accused of disrespecting Prince's legacy. And when she's accused of the same thing she wants 2 get heated. (Also still trying 2 put out a book that she criticized Mayte about and still hasn't found a publisher) The highlight: Apollonia saying Vanity 6 and Apollonia 6 should be inducted into the RRHOF and Susan's eyes, Seth's eyes was blinking and Brenda continues her conversation. Nobody cosigned and agreed. She was by herself. 😂 Now we see a full display of a hatin ass Jermaine she is. It bothers her deeply that her career didn't go any further with Purple Rain, Falcon Crest, and her flop solo album. We'll see if she'll be invited 2 Paisley 4 PR 40.

No offence. But The Revolution need to be inducted into the hall of fame as they were and are musicians and Wendy and Lisa were musicians as women and didn't need to wear lingerie and composed for and with Prince. Wendy and Lisa deserve that first! ... They have made music since The Revolution and are playing still with The Revolution and doing film scores. As much as I always loved Vanity and Apollonia's 6's albums, it was Prince and he gave them characters to play. They weren't musicians in the same way as Wendy and Lisa and Sheila E who are musicians to be inducted into the Rock n Roll hall of fame.
