OSHA reminds you: Always(!!!) wear safety slippers when handling or making large coils. Employees of the PowerLINK Electrical Company take such warnings seriously, that ensures the company will be presented in the western world.
Great job to the hardworking tradesman that built this transformer, very cool. One question I have though is this: why are all the industrial manufacturers in India and Pakistan still manufacturing goods the way the USA was back in the 1950's? I mean hell your right next to China that mass produces automation equipment for very cheap? It's almost as if they choose to take the hardest approach possible to accomplish things that a up to date "2024" manufacturing facility could 300 to 1 ratio, how the hell does this make sense? Also what's the flipping deal with wearing sandals in a facility like this? Crazy folks, but they bust their ass off for sure to feed their families. Hats off to you fella's.

Thanx to share such kind of informative vedio........its realy helpfull for me to understand the practical tranformer and it is to deliever the lecture on transformer to the student....
That is a thing of beauty. It's not just the surreal organic shape, it's the way the six tiny coloured connectors contrast with the overall grey of the complete shape. And the sad thing is that 99.99% of all the people that see it - won't give it a second glance.
Before the transformers are shipped out , do they get bench tested ( windings , all components ) at the same facility ? A video would be nice 👍 Great team work 👏
I find the video interesting, the way of building it is totally basic, what worries me is that the workers do not have any protective equipment, such as gloves or to protect the eyes when using the welding machine. In addition, the silicon sheets emit a dust that could be ingested by the lungs, which after years causes lung diseases, I know that what I am saying does not seem important, as it can increase production costs, but it is the reality of the facts.
I find it interesting on how a transformer is made. As I would like to know how do I go about making a back up generator if a power cut ever happens. A transformer that can handle 25KW minimum for a (3)(three ) bedroom house.
I would not put these things anywhere..given some of the heavy rain causing conductivity issues and arcing on the poorly insulated materials👎 it is really shoddy work..brave guys want to install these thing anywhere.
Data plate shows 11,000 V Delta primary, 415 V Wye secondary. Was anyone else surprised at the lack of mechanical connection rigidity before the brazing and soldering? It looks like the constructor is just "sticking" the leads together using the melt material.
