Zenith Zoysia from SEED - 35,000 square feet
The final step in the seed bed preparation of my complete yard renovation project out back. This final step includes adding nutrients to clay soil and some light grading with the Ventrac Aera-vator.
If you plan on doing a complete yard renovation, it's best to add your soil amendments before seeding, then till them into the soil profile. This allows them to work quicker and more efficiently.

I use my Ventrac Aera-vator EA600 on my Ventral 4500Z to work the nutrients into the ground. This implement works similar to a tiller without fluffing up the ground. This also opens up the surface to allow water penetration during hard rainstorms and therefor causes less runoff.
