Richard has been at the forefront of digital media and marketing since 2005, with over five billion affiliated views and millions of subscribers and followers to his brands. His shift in focus went from traditional media to digital when he started a software company to facilitate the needs of content creators with the development of an iOS. Since then, he has worked with Google, the RU-vid Product Team, 20th Century Fox, Paramount, Universal and other companies in the entertainment and video game industries. Richard also consulted for a multitude of advertising agencies with creative strategies, analytics, and the optimization of content and marketing initiatives. In 2016, he helped launch Verizon and Hearst Media Partners' digital media brand “Rated Red” as an Executive Producer. Verizon and Hearst Media Partners focused on various types of content and collaborations within it brands like Complex. VHMP worked with brands like Ford on product initiatives like the F150, Ford Focus, Ford Raptor, Ford GT, Dodge, Ram, SEMA, LA auto show, Nissan and other car, truck, automobile, side by side, atv and motorcycle manufacturers.
During that time Richard and his fellow co-owners at www.blackriflecoffee.com saw growth in the e-commerce coffee company to the point where it required their full time attention. He resigned from Complex Networks to focus on the coffee company in the fall of 2017. The coffee company’s social channels provide entertainment, inspiration and education. Everything from how to make cold brew, how to make coffee via a chemex, diy drink recipes, diy food recipes and more. There is a focus on humor, comedy and sketch comedy based content around the brand to compliment and contrast with the serious themes and types of content from their charity work to telling the stories of the coffee company’s employees to those who have or currently still do serve their country and community.
Richard still enjoys creating content in the outdoor and adventure world. He is an avid wingsuit pilot and skydiver. He enjoys getting up into the mountains hiking, snow skiing, riding snow machines, fishing or anything to get him out from in front of a computer in the office. It's the little things in life... There are some bullets made for water. Most bullets like a 50 cal rifle round can reach 7 feet underwater. Smaller calibers reach only 4 feet max. If you are dealing with tungsten type bullets you could reach up to 14 feet and sometimes they have gone up to 30 feet underwater. Tungsten bullets mixed with other hard metals are used for bunker busting purposes so it makes total sense since they can go through 20 feet of thick reinforced concrete.

Bullets travel just fine under water if fired from under water. Don't try it at home... the firearm has to be designed to handle the pressures that are exponentially higher than firing in air. The issue is the transition from air to water. At those speeds it is like hitting a brick wall before surface tension breaks. Also consider the concussion you get from the firing of a round is also going to be amplified by a lot. A firearm that feels like a punch to the chest in air is going to feel like a semi-truck to the body in water.
@2ndAveScents
@2ndAveScents 6 месяцев назад

Yes roller guns have made a resurgence in the Last decade. Using a Speargun on land is as silly as using a bow underwater. You should try with a tungsten arrow. It would have the same energy but way less drag so it would go a lot farther.

I'm thinking the cavitation might just blow it all off. What do you think?
@diychad7268
@diychad7268 Год назад
I'm not sure you would have accomplished what you was hoping for by doing that though, like with a boat hull....... Waxing it will actually cause more friction below the water line, waxing a bow string that is going to be shot underwater might do the same thing, then again it could do exactly what you was hoping to do also it's hard to say not knowing
@dustins.4666
@dustins.4666 Год назад
@@diychad7268 surface area on bow strands is depleted with wax. Fiberglass has strands but is coated to make it smoother. WW2 some planes painted shiny vs matte for less drag. I’m by no means an engineer. It makes sense from screwing around in real life not on video games

Man that must have been a massive inflatable pool for you to be able to stand in it with water still over your head and then be able to shoot a bow and arrow and it have as much travel distance as in this clip here, or did you do it when you was on the set of Honey I shrunk the kids
