Thank you so much sir for all your efforts teaching us globally , i have been studying on your videos and getting great benefit for the past few years of my orthopedic residency … May i ask one thing about carpal tunnel syndrome , when you mention paraesthesia of the ulnar two digits as well , is it due to martin gruber which some texts say it is in fact a motor anastomosis in proximal forearm , or it is more specifically due to a different anastomosis which is sensory in the distal forearm , being called riche-cannien anastomosis … Thanks again sir for your great explanation in all of your videos , you are truly an inspiration… greetings from iraq
