Golems are also weak to Sunder and Knockdown, even though they shouldn't be. So far, the strategy looks like this: Spider Phase: Equip sandstorm mask and use gas orbs. Golem Phase: Use starmetal weapons; mace and warhammer seem most effective. Zombie Phase: Use explosive arrows on the totems; you only need one per totem and you can aim over the walls. Dragon Phase: Ignore the dragon and treat the sorcerer like the Witch Queen; Bleed and Knockdown work wonders. For pet users: Greater Rocknose has tons of armor and the spinning attack applies knockdown, additionally, it's immune to poison and bleed, so it's useful for the entire event.

Ingenious strategy on the Zombie phase to use explosive arrows tbh, I never thought of that

@@Eradicati0nn While I tried it before finding a video using that, I can honestly say the video is a day older before my attempt, so, not the first to do it. The entire strategy works though, as today I used the starmetal weapons. The gas orbs will surely help people with Arachnophobia, as you only need to throw a few and run in circles inside the clouds.

well this definetely explains why that cimmerian berserker horde effortlessly destroyed like 10 of my crystal golems well, that and also the fact that cimmerian berserkers are cimmerian berserkers

thanks. i use legendary and dragonbone weapons i usually cant be bothered with star metal, no wonder the golem phase was the hardest for me

Maybe it's just an easter egg... maybe it's even a FunCom hommage... You can give golems armor and with Well Trained active they are strong. I just put my iron golem with exploding head versus Redmother solo and he won with 15hp left that's after fighting the giant spider. posted video of the fight.

So i was thinking, i watched this lore video on the gods of conan, and there is this one god that is octopus like, i cant think of the name, but how i was talking a sort of demonic transformation or a half demonic transformation, that particular god actually gives its followers while not everyone of them, a half demonic transformation, so if they do a new god, it would be really cool if they did that particular god and added that half demonic transformation

On a side topic, is anyone else getting kicked to point of it being unplayable? On an Xbox official server. Lost 2 thralls because of it and it happens crazy often. 4 to 10 times in a shot. Or at least once every 5 to 20 minutes

I play on PC, but the game tends to crash on Siptah, especially around the wreackage of the Sea Girl. It seems the Headhunters are unstable and may fail to load, or collide with something, when loading the cell. The Exiled lands are working fine for me though.

Got a 4 man clan on an official and it likes to occasionally kick us as we're entering/leaving our base. Makes for some real sketchy situations considering you keep running for about a minute when you disconnect like that.

Yeah they delve in and out of the lore quite a lot. Much of the game's story is an original creation, but links really heavily back to the books, with some stuff coming straight out of them

I brought a Cimmerian berserker into the new dungeon and found out starmetal does a lot more damage

The golems have this black tabard also featured in various acheronian and arcane themed armor sets. I actually in love with those sets fitting this unified theme. Combined with illusions it makes for a varied yet uniform army of thralls. I'm not ashamed to say I'm whaling those sets and the related trinkets lol even tho the prices are BS. About the gameplay starmetal is relatively common on pvp. That signals the end of potential golem use. Unless we are missing something. is that only for npc golems?

I wasn't able to test this on other people's golems, though I imagine someone else will do so, or will already have done. Player-made Crystalline golems have 20k health and good deflection with the right perks, so they might take some hefty damage when they do get hit, but they'll have enough health to not get instantly melted. It'll be interesting to see how they play out

Is something going on with the dismantling bench? For some reason mines isn't working, I place items that should be dismantled aren't. Is there something I need to do to it or something?

Yeah, instead of putting it where it belongs it puts items into the inventory section. My crafters are doing the same thing. Funcom

Place them manually. It's just sending it to the inventory, but you can change it and it will dismantle it.

@Francisco Hernandez so when you place an ítem in the dismantler, it sends it to the inventory. From that inventory, you select it and press the up key to switch it to where it usually is placed for dismantling. It will sometimes take a couple tries, but it'll get there.
