Isnt Conan deeply afraid of and hostile to magic use and the bargaining with gods? Granted, he makes the effort to learn a lot *about* the occult and magic. But mostly for the purpose of being more effective in avoiding or fighting them.

Missed Opportunity: Players : Conan Exiles is it finished? Funcom : Not yet. Players : why making new game? Funcom : Cuz Conan. Players: Ok?.. Does it have multiplayer? Funcom: Of course "CO-OP". Players : So no multiplayer.. Funcom : No it has "TWO-PLAYER CO-OP MULTIPLAYER" :) Players : So no Multiplayer. Funcom: but its fun.. Players : Yes for 1-2 hours Funcom: We guarantee theres at least hundred of hours of gameplay... Maps are NEVER the same Players: Thats it? We're walking..Cya you missed an good opportunity its sad. Actual Multiplayer PVPVE or PVP would be much better then a old crappy co-op.. A Multiplayer with rankings so theres a point in actually getting good at the game and have a goal to work towards Some prizes for seasons (Start of season - Mid season - End season) Events Free DLC's to show you appreciate people buying the game and their dedication to playing your game..Unlike Exiles where there are just a cosmetic cash grab. Map in different biomes (Might be in game dont know) Make it competitive not just casual..

Probably because they want to stay closer to the books. Arnold's Conan is far from the books Conan in terms of appearance and character. Personally, I find the book version much more appealing and charismatic.

I don’t think Conan had been depicted as a Mitra worshipped. Conan has always been associated with worshipping Crom like other Cimmerians. I think the reason his avatar is here is because the people in the city worship it, and just there to show of that you can use avatars. And regarding the timeline: I don’t think Funcom has ever revealed it nor does it matter that much. The Exiled Land exists secluded from the rest of Hyboria and as shown in-game, Conan visits it only briefly.

Stand Alone. This game is being done by Petroglyph, contracted through Funcom.

There needs to be an online epic battle game of ancient armies complete with castles heavy calvary giants catapults archers and infantry. I want to be able to charge into battle swinging my sword surrounded on a crowded battlefield trying to storm the castle. It should have the option of attacking and seizing other lands while expanding my army. If your army wins and loses all of its men another army does the same thing and you have to join or leave.

@@conanlabiche have you ever seen a VERY inexplicable painting(?), a veritable content-copy (a super-detailed rendering) of the great ff conan+sword+chained slave girl on the carcass-mound; it appears to ALSO be a direct copy of some kind of a wannabee conan PROSTHETIC FACE!! it is hard to find; maybe go to google images, 'see similar images' lineup of that ff conan+slave girl; there are a couple web sites commenting on it (i also checked out 'images' jack palance, holy shizat...)
