I think I saw you the other day when I came on, I didn't say anything as I wasn't 100% sure but if I ever see you again I'll defiantly say hey. Great video, always nice to see the insights ... my local bus drivers here in South West London always work so hard, and get so much grief from public, I feel for them but you guys do a great job. Always rely on the bus to get to work, never have issues.
I do agree Renno, Stagecoach have got the best interior out of any bus company out there. The name of the moquette which Stagecoach used for their buses is “beachball blue” as if you look closely they use orange crescents which acts as beachball and the fabric colour is obviously blue too, so that’s the name of the moquette. And at the end when you were saying about the special livery Stagecoach used to have back in the day, that was a blue skirting accompanied by an orange swirl at the back. A lot of Stagecoach buses had that in about the early to mid 2000s until that was dropped when do you remember when Stagecoach sold off their buses under the Australian group “the maquire bank” and then Stagecoach south east London and East were under the subsidiary names of “East London” and “Selkent”? That was what made them drop the special livery. It was a shame though as that suited a lot of Stagecoach buses due to them being the only company back then to follow a unique livery than being plain red. Wish that came back man. Furthermore I want to say that WH will miss you for the time being Ren, you have drove some of your favourite routes and enjoyed them for as much as you possibly could. But when you need to come out of your comfort zone, them’s the breaks when you gotta go ahead and do what you need to do in your life. I hope LI will be a good garage for you, and hope you have an amazing time driving the routes there too! Great video to conclude the routes at West Ham and loved it all! Yeah some of the Gemini 3's on the 34 are Ex-Stagecoach. Hence why they have the interior of Stagecoach, but have Arriva seats (Moquette). I love the mix between the 2 tbh. All Stagecoach needs is the Arriva Moquette and they'd have the the best Interior's on London Buses in my opinion.

You need a go pro placed in your cab. You can then use it for hyperlapse shots looking at the road/you driving/voice over. I don't know why your videos are in my feed but I enjoy them. Keep it up!
@@splashotb the buses already have CCTV onboard monitoring everyone. A go pro pointed at just him or just looking at the traffic ahead should be allowed surely? At the moment he's using his phone which is obviously a no go during driving time, but a go pro?
I spoke to management about this because I really want to film my driving too but they said no unfortunately. Go pro is still an electronic device so using it would go against the electronics policy and the company could get sued I was told. But thanks for watching! I'm glad you enjoy it!
@@RennoHundred how about when you're not picking up passengers? Runs back to depo etc. Can you ask them if you can film then? Electronic policy is bs when they already have cameras on. Who would sue them for footage only looking at you driving. Or only looking in front of the bus? It's all public domain.

The wonderful London public😂😭 you're right though I should look at it more positively. Yeah won't be on 277 for a while now since I'll be at Lea interchange garage. Drivers do protest driving in such conditions but to no avail. Glad you enjoyed it though, cheers mate!
I agree! Stagecoach do have the best interiors in the country? Have you been on any of Stagecoach’s provincial vehicles? They’re quite nice imo. I think I remember mentioning the SK20 batch at Stagecoach Manchester (11504-555) which I’m a huge fan of!
I haven't been on the provincial vehicles. Maybe one day I'll get to go on loan to the midlands or something. The Stagecoach Manchester buses are nice buses

Hey bro I was wondering how they trained you guys on a route. Did I understand right you have to ride a line to learn it 🤔. Hope they pay you for that 😳. In LA when we change sites the drivers are taking out in a company van or a bus if there's that many bodies to learn all the routes at that site
Hey bro, when first get the bus driver license they let you learn a route by driving it with a mentor who knows the ins and outs of a route. After that any route you learn, you go by yourself, go up and down on a bus on that route and take notes. In this instance tho they will have a couple of us on a bus and I believe we will take turns driving the route on a bus or take notes on that bus if we can't drive for whatever reason
