Working in the Trades One thing you Learn Very Quickly is The Guys who are the Very BEST at what they Do, Honest, Hard Working and Professional DO NOT Constantly Claim how Great they Are, They Don't Constantly Brag Just to Inflate their Ego!! You get a Real Good picture of this man when mentioned How he's Not telling people when he Purchased Certain Light, There's Plenty of work to go around, There's No need to be fearful of "Competition" from other companies IF Your Work is The Best of the Best!! I bet this guy Would Charge his viewers to come to his job site and do work with him..lol..
Keep the quality content coming. Always love your transparency around everything you do. It’s about time more people started pumping concrete. It’s the only way.
I'm curious if any of your jobs are permitted, residential structural, city and/or county? I do commercial concrete in Oregon, and seem to have different codes than I see in your videos? Javier kix butt!
Question to the commenters... Would you rather hire a concrete guy that helps out a homeless, hardworking guy, or would you prefer to hire a concrete guy with a team of chicks?
When I saw you selling some pumps, I thought it might be the end of Best In the West. Boy am I glad I was wrong! Keep it going, I watch all your content and try and pull more out each time. You called the slow down btw, you nailed it on the head at the start of this year.
I absolutely love your vibe, complete confidence in your ability and what you have to offer. Never apologizing for knowing that you're the best in the west. Keep it up and I know that you are going to meet and exceed your goals.
Way to go Anthony, I’m proud of you and I know all your family is as well. The best I’m the West for sure. If and when you sell the business I’ll definitely miss your narration and the way you talk. See you on the next one Brother 🤩🤩👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I'm definitely spending my money on some consulting with you. After two slipped discs in my back buying Concrete Underground this will be worth my money. I don't want to learn how to trowel concrete and be a laborer. I want to be worth more than $300/day.
I tried watching that guy somewhere in the midwest, but he is unwatchable. It's just watching a $300/day laborer work. I don't think these people on here understand the message you are trying to send. You want people to be worth over $1,000+/day.
@@Rez-rk3gb That guy in the Midwest does his best to explain what he is doing how to do it with great detail, he even lets his help do side work he wants other people to make it on the business. Funny part I am from a family of construction since I was 10 years old. Ryan will delete some of my comments he tries to keep a family type, I am bit salty I give him a free pass on my comments. I my self-bailed on the construction went driving for UPS blew out my back so I went into rentals right after 2008 crash I hire all trades and do some work myself play sparky, carpentry etc... This channel seems legit has a West coast vibe to it that’s ok each his own .
And he uses his “niece” as his thumbnail for views. Okay you, you can lay concrete better than I can. Bravo. But cmon man the fact you have you explain yourself everyone. Cmon! Just put out vids to help others. Stfu butthurt man. You just brag about yourself. You don’t even explain much of what is being done. “ i can do this, I can do that, I’m the best” seriously stfu.
Really that's what you got out of that? I was talking to people who have watched me from the beginning 💯 you should watch some of my earlier videos before you judge someone
Bro I have a question how much are your finishers getting payed by the hour ? Or labors? I was getting payed $19 in Utah sun up sun down finishing and laboring ,,
@@WestCoastCustomConcrete yeah you are right with the cost of living , well I live in Nevada but work in Utah . And yeah crazy how they worked woked up at 2am didn’t come home till 7ish latest
Nice work Anthony! Anthony gave me advice over instagram DM about bobcat s70s and hammers etc even though I’m here in Australia he replied and gave me advice on how to move my business forward and what equipment to get and what would be best I don’t do concrete like west coast I run a bobcat service and demo driveways etc etc and he was super helpful! Love the videos!
Yooo, I've never seen someone run their mouth about how good they think they are like this guy .... Why don't you go work with Ryan from victory for a week or so, you might learn to be humble and stay at the job the whole time instead of running to the beach
lol...@6:34 "look at that, ive been doing some squats" congrats on your new business adventure. every Master Jedi have an apprentice.. when your kids are old enough, they may want to learn.
Great prospecting on this. I plan to sell my business in the future as well. Hopefully my name and number carries a worthwhile price tag by then. I hope yours does too. Big business likes buying small business. It’s how they grow. Unfortunately, that’s what kills our economy. Vet your buyers tooth and nail. Only sell to true small business prospects. You know better than me that CA is in the pits. Only WE can create change. ……along with fortified voting regulations. 👊💯
@@WestCoastCustomConcrete thanks Anthony. You always respond. Much respect to you. Bring that Cali shit to Ohio. Look me up. Teel Concrete, Tipp City. We’ll make some bomb videos. My treat. 👊
@@masonteel1 yeah bro 👊 I'm going all over the country teaching people how to pump. I'm going to be in Louisiana in 2 weeks. That would be cool to do a concrete video in Ohio 💯
@@WestCoastCustomConcrete 💯 I’ve never used a pull behind pumper. I want one. 😀 We use a Georgia buggy. I need that Easy Money. ( Hat tip to Victory). 😂
What about a course ? A lot of people sell courses but they let the money get to their head and end up selling a bunch of non sense. If you can sell straight up facts and real information. Guaranteed to be big business
