I believe I developed POIS post my concussion back in 2013. I have suffered with it for years and also the anxiety and depression that often times presented itself. Post my breakup in 2020, I fell into this severe mental fog and am still going through it. Shortly after my break up, I fell off a scooter and smashed my head on the pavement, which ended up with another TBI in 2021. I believe this is it. I have tried going through hours of therapy, but I just don't have anything to talk about. I always knew something had changed since my initial concussion back in 2013, which resulted in poor school attendance and grades for 2 years. I couldn't even pass algebra post my initial concussion.
Mentally going through it Too. Exactly everything For me. I concussed myself really severely. And Iwas only 16. Im 18 now. I forgot everything about life and I'm only building myself up regardless of Side effects
