I got condensation in one of my headlight, it was my mistake when i did a bulb change outdoor during rainy season. I managed to remove all the fog inside the headlight by sticking 3 small bags of silica gel, leave a night, next morning my headlight was clear and back to normal 🎉
@@fjaff you can open the headlight back cover (if you have one), and just put the silica gel inside, make sure it's somewhere reachable. If you're planning to drive while the silica gel bag is inside, make sure you tape it so that it wont shake and move around inside the headlight to a place it's hard to recover it back later. It's best if you just let it sit while the car is parked. It'll take some time but depending on the severity of the condensation.
I'm facing this since my engine was washed to find where it was leaking oil. I took a look and couldn't find any cracks in the headlight. I've inspected the gaskets from the seals and they seem ok. It's driving me crazy. People say that when there is condensation it's probably cracking or seals.
@@harryxhumphrey yeah i guess the heat of the headlight allowed any moisture build up to evaporate out through the holes. It was a few years ago but I think i did about 6x 8mm
it won't last since the source of the condensation is a crack in the seal, this gets rid of the condensation build up for the time being, not a long term solution
@@viliusbeniusis5750t’s not from water getting in. It’s from the headlight being warm on outside and cold on inside vice versa. Hence the condensation. It’s science bro.
