I don’t think OC videos should be labeled as “cheating” because the person submitting it has to film (sometimes), edit, and upload their own video before submitting it to CONEY. Others who simply submit their favorite RU-vid video don’t have to film, edit, or upload anything. Basically, OC requires more effort, so if it’s funny, it should be rewarded fairly and appropriately.
