To finish Confess My Love, you need to complete ending 20. This is done by getting all 19 endings prior, and then accessing the bulletin board with all the flags on it. Talk to Julie twice to trigger the game ending and learn some valuable insight into Willie.
After Ending 20 is finished, if you start the game again, you get to play an epilogue. This epilogue will make the game unplayable after you complete it.
