The videos are of instructions which are always shown slowly and relaxed. One of the challenges of systema is always working relaxed. There are only few who can do that and only few can see tension. Come to training sessions and you will find out. Via videos you will never understand.

@@user-fs2kg9lz1g I have taken part in several training sessions and they have been great. I understand the process and I understand the priorities of remaining very relaxed and fluid. That said, I would simply like to see him perform in full speed full contact to see his actions in that real time full contact perspective. Most all fighting arts have full contact with or without training pads etc. Systema is obviously not a competition sport. It is for real world defense etc. He should show real full contact and at full speed. Would be very helpful.
