Next time you try, don't do it for the sake of showing them that you're winning. So when you do finally start winning don't show them. Only show them when it is too late for them to do anything about it. That would be many years from now.

Thank you Agni, for your response. Thank you very much. I realize that it is normal to lose, and to fail for a really long time, that it is necessary & essential to grow eventually. It's just that i realize how vurnerable my mind is, and how i, Constantly, put myself in my feelings again and again, by for example my bad habbits. By making a choice based on feelings. I'm one of them when i make my choices fully on feelings. Even though i know i shouldn't, i notice myself doing it. And i think, because i have to make some other steps this year, i will have to sell my bike. That means that my happy chapter of the last 1,5 year is going to be ''done''. I know a new chapter will begin, and it doesn't have to be negative. But right now, i know that i will need my mind for 100% for my future, I'm just scared for myself in some sort of way. That's making me believe i'm losing.

It really depends on how you perceive life. I open up my own business at 21 years old. I grew that business over 26 years and went from two stores to one giant one. It was definitely one of my greatest achievements in life it was the most beautiful hippie store. People from France and Germany even said that. What the Grateful Dead taught me though was when ,I build the big store it was out of love. It wasn't out of ego, I found that ego did nothing for me. Then I ended up getting sick and have COPD and I found out that owning all kinds of stuff is really a waste of time. Never let your ego get out of control don't let it control your life.

That has always been who I am. Recently I stepped out and started making statements while working on my craft, but I felt like every time I told someone what or where I was going with my plan, I lost a bit of that drive, a bit of that fire. Now I've been off of social media while I still get notifications of people bragging about where they are and how this is and that... I’m a carpenter/contractor. I coffee-up and smoke while driving to the jobsite. I arrive, back the trailer up to the work area, unload the tools and materials and set up. I make sawdust all day. I don’t stop for lunch. I piss in a bucket in the trailer so I don’t have to stop. I push and push. End of day I reload the tools, wind up the cords, vacuum the sawdust and look back at the days progress. I make notes to plan the next days progress. I’ve done it for 41 years self employed. I’m 71. Love it. There’s no bullshit. No need to confer with anyone. I know what to do now and what to do next. I’m always “booked up” for months. My days are spent alone and that’s how I like it. No boss. Let's say A is reading 6 pages and he tells everyone about it. He thinks he is ahead of everyone. Now B is reading 40 pages per day but he works in silence. He KNOWS he is outworking everyone. If B read this comment and blurted out his plans, then how will A react? Can he really stop him from reading that much? NO. Can he start working even harder? HELL YEAH! Now if A starts reading 60 pages per day then B has to read more than that to beat him. That means B just increased his own workload. See, your strategy does not work.

This is so relatable. I was really the quietest guy in the class or maybe the whole school. I have this extreme anxiety where I can't even talk to my own teachers. I learnt that I should let my result do the talking instead of me. So I prepared really hard, day and night, studying more and sleeping less. There were times where I actually felt like giving up because I thought I won't become a topper no mater how much I studied or prayed, but whenever I watch these Motivational videos from RU-vid, I understood two things "Anything is possible" and "never give up". Thanks to these great videos which motivated me Everytime. I am now a topper with 90.40%.
