Transformers Prime vehicons have all the same emotions as the main cast. Though hard to see unless you're looking for it, they are quite expressive but are usually just surprised or confused. #vehiconsarepeopletoo #notdrones
If the Vehicons were as strong as in the first episode, then Megatron would have taken over Earth without any problems. The same can be said for the Insecticons.
1:18 I can only imagine whats going through Bulk's head as this happens. "These are what have been kicking our butts this whole time? THIS is the evil Decepticon army that nearly killed us several times over?"
Do you remember how long it took them to repair the shielding on the Nemesis? Or the communications dish? The Spacebridge targeting system? Construction on the second Decepticon Spacebridge was probably started as soon as Megatron was revived and wasn't finished until the start of the second season. These guys are good at fighting in numbers, but they are pitiful with any form of construction. They probably only built a new omega lock as quickly as they did because they were doing so with some parts salvaged from the original device and under the guidance of Shockwave, who likely also provided assistance in the process.
It's a shame they get treated so badly. 😭 I am in agreement, I'd adopt them all as well. The treatment they receive from Starscream and Megatron is horrifying.
Simple. Most Autobots weren’t soldiers until the war and the Decepticons had air supremacy. If not for trouble in the higher ranks, then I wouldn’t be surprised if they would have lost instead of barely pulling the win.
Because of Megatron's charisma early on in the events leading to the war, he won the sparks of many of his followers, such as Soundwave, Dreadwing, Skyquake, etc. Thus Decepticons VASTLY outnumbered the Autobots and would go to all the brutal tactics and dirty tricks to kill their enemy. Wreckers were very few in numbers and were the only group of Autobots who would resort to Decepticon-style tactics if necessary and they NEVER took prisoners unless it was to interrogate and then kill them after.
Honestly, I tend to feel really bad for disposable soldiers and "henchmen" who work for the villain(s) of most shows and movies, they're almost always seen as evil, but they are just follow orders that they're forced to carry out, they're often depicted as incompetent and/or goofy, they're expendable, they're identical, they're individually weak, their combat effectiveness is solely based on numbers, and I don't think that we give them enough credit. I'll use a Star Wars example, I have sympathy for the Battle Droids and (some) Stormtroopers.
I hate that they were just treated like stormtroopers. They could’ve been such funny characters but with a great connection between each other. Something like clone troopers maybe?
