Gotta make this! When I print on water slide paper, it’s recommended to spray a couple layers of top coat spray like Aleene’s acrylic spray on your paper after you print it.
If you use the same brand I did and the laser jet version you won’t need to. That’s really only if you do the ink jet version instead of the laser jet. I sometimes will spray the finished piece if it’ll be handled really roughly but you really don’t need to. I have pieces that I’ve used water slide paper on that are over 10 years old that are still looking the same. 👍
I've never heard of waterslide transfer paper! That looks so seamless! Well done on another beautiful design. I understand where you learned about the paper, but where did you learn to make the hot cocoa mix?!
The Waterslide transfer paper is amazing, it looks like it was just printed on to the tin, I forgot how much I loved it! As for the cocoa mix, trial and error 😉 I just kept playing with it until I got the consistency and taste I wanted.
Curious if MicroSol/Set would work with this transfer paper. It's what model makers use to soften up decals to fit around non-flat surfaces like airplane wings and such. Might help to put labels on those round bottles. 🙂
