So, maybe your thing is digital? Well, Log4OM can help you make all those QSOs accessible in one place. This is one of the neatest features of this Open platform.
Well done. Followed your steps and have LOTW working with LOG4OM. Also added WSJT-X, FLdigi, and JTDX to ADIF monitor. More to do, but getting there. Much Thanks.
thank you Stuart, i have now configured fldigi with log4om v2, when i was doing my first psk31 for nearly 3 years i had a qso with someone stateside who i had over 20 qsos with under my old call, how ironic is that, our qso is now boom straight into qrz and will be on lotw @ shutdown thanks Stu keep them coming ,Kevin :)
Have you experienced where it doesn't recognize duplicates and makes duplicate entries with this method? I have always had it deleting my WJST-X log after every import in fear it would do duplicates. Thanks.
Hi Scotty, The issue you are having is normal since you are clearing the WSJT-x log The WSJT-x log is what is used to track dupes. You probably want to stop doing that Log4OM keeps track of the last position in the WSJT-x log imported, and will not import before that, so you should never have an issue with dupes in the master log. Hope that clears things up! Stu AG6AG
@@AG6AG I just exported from Log4OM all of my FT8 QSO's and saved it as my WJSTX adi file name and it worked. :) This will eliminate the challenge you mentioned... this will keep continuity between the two apps.
