In 2020, business models across the connected health space radically changed. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid led the way in expanding reimbursement for telehealth visits and remote patient monitoring services. Greater acceptance of connected health by regulators, payers, providers, and patients has drastically widened the connected health market, and adoption of connected health has boomed. This session addresses the shifts in healthcare as the market moves towards a value-based care system and as technology allows for new applications, services, and appeal of healthcare services in the home.
