Connecting Novelcrafter to OpenAI - Getting Started 

Some questions: 1/ Cost wise then there is no difference if I use the standard ChatGPT 4 Turbo model between using the OpenAI API and the OpenRouter API in Novelcrafter? They are both the same cost? 2/ Am I correct then in thinking that the only reason to put in BOTH an Open AI API and an OpenRouter API is if I setup custom models in OpenAI; which would then mean I can access them in Novelcrafter though the OpenAI API? 3/ With regards to banning. It hasn't happened to me. But I keep hearing about the potential for being 'banned' from using the Open AI API, because it misunderstands the difference between say fictional violence and the 'real' world. Is it therefore 'better' to try to do that with OpenRouter, as it's going through an intermediary, not your own account? 4/ Say I have BOTH an Open AI API and an OpenRouter API; and I specify ChatGPT 4 Turbo in Novelcrafter. How does Novelcrafter deal with the request? Does it automatically choose the OpenAI one, or is there a setting somewhere? If one runs out of credit does it automatically use the other one?
