I got laughed at when they waited for me outside of a bar. The new girl broke my leg. It seemed only a little more serious the next day at the hospital. On the spot tho, a cop just drove up (I was getting my head kicked while on the ground) smirked and scoffed at me as he drove off after I tried to tell him she jumped me. 8 years later and 10 years after our break up he’s still trying to contact me.

When you try to defend yourself, they will use a myriad of techniques to try to entrap you and accuse you of a crime. This when one is just doing even the simplest means of yelling at someone who's causing harm or thwarting them from causing you harm. It does not mean though, we must stop protecting ourselves from these people, because we must. The ones who are gang stalking are receiving incredible rewards for the evil they do.

My neighbors have been stalking, spying on me, following me, calling, texting and sending me death threats for over a year now. They follow me when I walk my dog and have sent people to my home to harass and try to intimidate me. Then they said he was taking inventory of my belongings and they were going to rob and kill me and make me sign over the deed to my home. They froze my banking accounts, were harassing my business and locked me out of all of my accounts. It takes a sick mentally ill person to think that this behavior is ok especially when it is your neighbors. What’s really sad is all of this started after I caught him parked outside my house several times then one day he said he was listening to my ex girlfriend and I have sex and that we were really loud. What a weirdo.

My MAD ex who I run from in jan 1985 he is highly eduacated professor in geotecnology (,NTNU NORWAY) ,he is a MAD alchoholic NARC and a well known ABUSER..

People think you are crazy if you say you're being stalked by a group of strangers; you're delusional and paranoid. Law enforcement might as well just roll their eyes at you because you know that's what they're thinking. They are no help at all. I always feel worse after talking to them, not better.

Hire a private investigator to gather evidence. The police have done well handling the people stalking me. Here’s the problem. Stalkers do not respect authority. They do not listen. Keep trying. I, personally, didn’t care how they took what I was saying. I still kept calling. The purpose was the people stalking me are dangerous, so I wanted to leave a trail of their identities everywhere possible. I did this in case something happened to me and my child. In addition, I will continue to call the cops until something is done about them or I am given a report to get a restraining order. Don’t stop reporting the incidents. Don’t worry about the outcome. According to experts in stalking, some law enforcement is not well versed in stalking. This includes a former expert stalker detective stating this. Lastly, there usually is a stalking detective unit at the police station. You can contact them to help you.

It's untrue. My stalker has harassed and stalked dozens of people, violated restraining orders, owned guns while under a restraining order, and (we think) because she's a veteran, they've never jailed her. Bad guys are definitely getting away with this.

The police are involved .They organize, train and protect the stalkers.

One of the reasons stalking victim's reports don't produce the natural result is: - Victim has been marginalized -Police have either been threatened or paid to turn a blind eye. -They've purposely altered the report to have the criminal activity (in my case, attempted abduction in 2012 discount retail store, Pembroke Pines, FL). It might help if the officers could imagine their wives, girlfriends, or daughters. in such a scenario, and ACT accordingly.

They are vile people that thrive on hurting someone in any way they can. Such people always have a lot of skeletons in their closets. And they do feel the ramifications of their behavior, they just never admit it. Of course their behavior catches up with them. In your case, you might need to leave your apartment as your stalker works there. Buy security cameras and motion sensor light for your home whether you choose to stay in your home or move out. There are apps that record your stalker’s threatening behaviour and send the video to the police or ambulance - look up domestic violence apps on the internet and on your App Store. You can download these apps onto your phone. Join a local self defence martial arts class, to learn how to protect yourself. Sometimes people who teach self defence have a security background, so if you make friends with people with a background in martial arts or security, that might help you stay safe. Check whether they side with the stalker or not - don’t take self defence classes from people who are friends with your stalker. Buy a protective pet like a pit bull dog if possible. You can talk to a private detective or solicitor in criminal law about what your rights are. Stay safe and feel free to let us know if you still need help. ❤️

I feel for you. I'm 6'1 male and being sexualy harassed by a disabled person. I don't feel threatened as I could easily beat my assailant in physical combat, but then I would be the one in trouble. I've reported the problem, but I believe because he's disabled and I'm a big dude that it wasn't taken seriously and I was brushed off. I’m a decorated disabled military member. They even accessed my va records and set up fake appointments without my knowledge. I almost lost my benefits during the height of it, and they isolated me from ALL communication for support. I have legal documentation that upholds federal laws.

I have so much information and documentation as well as family that work in law enforcement. But I just want to heal and move forward. These people have caused so much damage and the Law doesn't take it seriously enough! I know someone whose wife left him, stole marital money, emptied his bank account, took his dog, then he waited a year during divorce discovery to ask her for her asset report, asked to see the dog, then she hit him FROM ANOTHER STATE with a TRO stalking abuse. Cost him $1500 to FIGHT it and win, (he never had been to the state) and he wanted to see his dog who was marital property which he raised for 8 years. Also, she opened over 18 bank accounts secretly using marital money, cashed them out and hid the money, leaving him broke after she left the state. So, all the women who want "EQUALITY", don't make the equality similar to a "bad man" or "bad person." Don't steal stuff from someone who loved you, supported your kids and elderly parents, and when his income starts to dwindle or health issues occur, running off and keeping him from finding your assets is NOT an excuse to file a TRO against him. It stays on his record. It's an abuse of law, and it makes legit cases look like there is an ulterior motive for filing, which in this case, was obviously her reason. Just cuz you get 100 texts over a six month period asking you when can you let your ex see a dog (included in the divorce decree) or when does your asset (divorce) docs will arrive does not constitute "stalking". Ignoring him and never answer your "stalker" also does not constitute a "stalking" charge. You have to INFORM THEM FIRST. "Please don't contact me anymore". Then the divorce atty's, law enforcement, and PI's will be looking at your assets and you'll get sued for abuse of process.
