If it does not work at first, make sure you are using a USB cable with the capacity to transfer data. Some USB cables are strictly for charging.

i hav type c port on pc and have type c to c cable ,when i connect the wire,it just charges ,and usb tether option is disabled. it only comes when i connect the usb to type c ,but i want c to c port for internet

This only works with Samsung. You can basically use the phone as a WiFi antenna. This doesn't work as simple as this on other Android phones

@@Itsnahinhere I just Said it's not as simple. Many Android phones don't allow USB tethering with WiFi. It turns off WiFi by default. USB debugging could help.

@@2muchjpop Even android phones as old as from 2015 allows this regardless of brand. Its a foundational function of Android phone. Lol you must have had different usb cable which only allows charging, those wire will not support this function regardless of any phone.

Not really, depends on what you use it but I know many people that just use their phone data to play game son their pc and everything. Wouldn trecommend it tho
