Thats the real Conor. Part of fighting entertainment is to entertain. So you see his entertainment side. All these dudes for the most part are good humble guys with families.
@@ChrisDodges123 That doesn't mean you can disrespect someone's family or religion. He is delusional asf. You all blindly support him no matter what. Who the hell cares about how he is with his family when he can't be that humble with others outside of his home. The same f excuse every single time; entertainment, entertainment, entertainment, bla bla bla. If you really want to be entertaining, just go to the some comedy show or circus. There's no place for these bug mouthes like him in UFC OR BOXING. All that entertaining and trash talking just to get his ass whooped. Isn't it embarrassing? There's not a better fighter in UFC than Khabib and his personality/humbleness as well. He's the one who can actually be called "THE MAN".
@@ChrisDodges123I agree, He only acts like a b1tch was because more will want to see him get beaten. but guess what, its his win. The More people pay, The more money he gets. that's just Normal. Connor is Actually Humble but acts like that for work
Very true. I think we all have a year(s) like that even without that much fame. I felt like I was once on top of the world in 2012 - 2013, those were the best 2 years of my life I think
@@kazzuukie the money demotivated Connor it’s pretty obvious. He lost his hunger after this and it showed in his fights he completely switched fighting styles after this and out in lackluster effort.
@@jayisaclown I wasn't really talking about the fact that Conner wasn't the same, I was talking about how the guy was comparing Conner to knuckle-sandwich
@@kazzuukie first of all it's Conor, not Conner, second of all what are you on about? Did the medicine that your psychiatrist prescribed stopped working?
People disregard this fight a lot and say Connor was trash. But changed sports and trained to get in the ring w the best boxer of recent history and possibly ever . Not a fan of mcgregors but nothing but respect for what he did for mma and as an athlete
… this wasn’t the end.. the khabib fight was, the end.. he didn’t fall off losing to floyd in boxing.. he did better than manny and canelo with two less rounds.. yes floyd took it less serious, not he wasn’t tryna go ham the entire time, yes floyd flipped a switch in the end of the 9th to warn Conor and then had him out by the end of the 10th. But Conor wasn’t knocked off by this.
@@That_Stanced_Toyota he already wasnt the same man fighting Khabib, it's hard to get out of bed to train when your sleeping in silk sheets. This fight took away his hunger as it granted him everything he couldve ever wanted, he didnt need Khabib for that.
The way he said "I'm sorry!", I don't know why that hurt me in the emotions. Can tell how serious he takes fighting, he should've been proud of himself. That kiss on the head by Dana, can also tell he valued and really liked Connor.
Floyd is obviously not an easy opponent, but Connor lasted ten rounds and caught him early with a couple of good blows, he had a chance. Floyd is still a human.
@@Paul-sl9zm one thing u will learn is that every fighter is delusional in some way. u have to be crazy to fight u understand? u have to have all the confidence in yourself to beat anyone on the planet
@@adamjames466 come on bro 🤦. Floyd has been touched harder than Connor touched him. Floyd walked straight to him. Carried him for 10 rounds. He was having fun in there. We all love Connor but be honest with yourself 🤣
Conor actually cared back then if he lost or won whereas many went for the paycheck Edit: Look at all of Jake's fighters. Non of them cared they lost after the fight. Just because they made lots of money from it doesnt change anything.
He did care for the money if he didn’t he woulda never fought Floyd and woulda defended both of his belts instead, I even believe he coulda beat woodley before usman did and been the first triple champ.
Ohh yes Connor makes him shit ton of money unlike Habib who is very principled man , Dana can't make much money as Khabibs goal was only to play the sport with as much respect as possible
Whoever’s reading this, i pray that whatever you’re going through gets better and whatever you’re struggling with or worrying about is going to be fine and that everyone has a fantastic day! Amen
Can see Connor emotion in the loss he really fights to prove something to himself and it showed here hat's off Irish people everywhere are and will always be proud 👏 🤙🤜🇨🇮
I feel the issue wasn’t Conner it’s the people he surrounded himself with. They weren’t hungry like he was and it’s plain as day when they said “Conner you want some whisky.” Conner isn’t the problem it’s his people.
Man. I’m might be reaching here but it that shit kinda hurt. Seeing him in some pretty bad emotional pain, and I have some friends who do that tongue shit he was doing at the start when they are trying not to cry. Then “want a whiskey”. To see him make his own whiskey then open some bars. Now he’s just not the same. Hopefully he’s happy tho I just remember him being so hungry for victory it seems weird he’d just stop caring.
Connor wanted the money too that's the main reason he did the fight but you can't deny the competitive spirit he has and when in defeat he always carried himself this way
It was a big thing for a mma fighter who never boxed professionaly in his life ever to do it for the first time and even last 10 round with a champion boxer like Mayweather, most of Mayweather's opponents don't last for at least 6 round. So proud of you Connor.
Never be sorry Connor 🙏 Be greatful you are where you are now. We believed in you no matter what, we don't care if you lose. Losing is apart of winning, you made one of the greatest boxers struggle in your first boxing match. Try to loose more weight and I guarantee you have the chance to restore that greatness.
Lol no. If Mayweather was "one of the greatest" Connor wouldn't have lasted 10 rounds ffs. Transport Mayweather back to the 80's or 90's and he'd be a nobody.
@@TurboNutterBastard he’s one of the greatest of his time… you implying he would be nothing in the 80s doesn’t matter it’s not like he can time-travel back then and test that theory
@@user-mf8su7ny3s The comment responded to claimed that he was "one of the greatest boxers of all time" which he is not. Like i said in my previous comment, if he was a great boxer, a non boxer wouldn't last 10 rounds with him.
@@TurboNutterBastard Do you not understand how boxing works ??? Floyd had over 20 wins from decision you don’t have to knock someone out to win… you’re a non boxer and wouldn’t last 10 seconds against him and Conor is still a very high skill fighter and LOST THE FIGHT wether he’s a boxer or not he still took the fight
Meanwhile Floyd was holding him up to carry him through the rounds to make a show of it. Probably as a courtesy to not spoil the draw of Danas biggest product. Then he had plans, had to end the fiasco, put him away in 30 seconds.
That takes a lot to admit that hard of a defeat and to look someone else in the eyes that you wanted to show something to and apologize for not winning even though he fought his ass off. Huge pill to swallow there and you can see it on his face. Pure heartbreak
He is already rich af.... Money at that Point is Side Mission. He Trained for MONTHS Put His Body under extreme pressure/Stress Just for this Moment. Have U ever worked to ur Limit for MONTHS! This Shit Takes Balls bro! People quit after days or weeks of Training because they cant get used to it! But some keep pushing! ITS Not Just Sport ITS A Spirit

in this context, it is nuanced. Watch his documentary to know that it is irish tradition to celebrate with whisky. now why they are celebrating over a loss? the answer : the hardest about fighting at that level is not the main fight but the preparation before that. the fighting camps before the actual fight are both mentally and physically exhausting. To maintain balance it becomes important to celebrate the closing of that hard phase of life whether you win or lose the fight. They just celebrate the hard work they had done to prepare themselves for the fight.
Some people don't know how to hold their tongues, respect facial hair, and talk like men until they have learned their lesson, and I hope they will, whiskey boy.
Mike Tyson. Iron Mike himself said that McGregor is a beast and his pick of the era. Said he went 10 rounds with the greatest boxer of all time, when he hadn’t ever boxed before. When the host said yeah.. wow. Mike cut in and said you’re not hearing me. He went TEN rounds with the greatest of all time. McGregor also had the most hits against Floyd ever in any of his matchups. He may be wild, sure. Love or hate the man, but he is an absolute legend and deserves respect.
A man who never had a pro boxing fight ever went with the greatest boxer in 20 years in 10 rounds, man. If it was a UFC fight mayweather would have stood no chance fr.
