Saw him at a live event about a decade ago. He went out his way to take pictures with practically everyone in the front row. Spent around 30 minutes just interacting with fans after his match. Nicest wrestler ever

I met Sheamus and Drew McIntyre in the Nashville airport a year ago. Both of them are some of the nicest gentlemen around. Sheamus was complimentary about everything and Drew was a bit more quiet but was also nice and was going along with everything lol. Offered them both a pint since we were all at a bar inside. Great guys

He literally trained how not to hurt the other guy. Why do people forget that part about pro wrestlers? The reason they tell you not to try it at home cause 1 mistake can leave you paralyzed for life and the margin of error is sometimes literally millimeters.
yes bc its a scripted fight where guys are scripted to eat punches, kicks & get slammed. not to mention the stuff like flipping off of the ropes that would not even be attempted in a real fight lol. its actually easy for pro fighters to avoid punches kicks & slams from non fighters, esp when the non fighters only expierence is in context where everything is scripted 😂

Conor is one of my favorite fighters of all time, but Sheamus would give him BIG problems. People who never trained before just assume that all big guys can't fight. They're just big, not disabled lol and some even have better conditioning than fighters
