It looks like the operator failed to deploy the outriggers. As a small crane operator myself...that's pretty bad. Maxim had a similar crane accident in Sacramento in 2011. So, that's two accidents in Sac by the same company. That's pretty bad, again.

I just watched a video on cranes a few days ago and it sure did say the fall over pretty often and now look at this...
