For the Asphalt Concrete design aggregate fractions of 20 down; 10 down; stone dust; crushed sand and bitumen of VG - 10 has been used. The Sp. Gr. of respective aggregate fractions and bitumen found after laboratory test are 2.544; 2.601; 2.664; 2.683 and 1.030. The proportion of aggregates found after combining of above given sizes are 24%; 35%; 22% and 19%. Calculate the Maximum theoretical Sp. Gr. of AC mix for different bitumen content of 4.4%; 4.6%; 4.8%; 5.0% and 5.2.
