When properties, gems, auction and stock prices increases than it is good to buy it because they will give more return when we will sell it. When Stock prices goes high means that company is doing great and it will give good return, when the prices of property goes high means.. less property is left. If today we don't buy in future the price will be extremely high and we won't be able to buy one.. becz it's demand will never go down, auctions are done only for valuable goods.. goods whose number is limited, like famous building, pictures and there are so many people ready to buy. Those who wanna buy have to pay more than others because the amount of that thing is fixed and not everyone can get the ownership of it, so demand goes high even if the prices are high

Law of demand is not applicable on all type of goods.

You can take an example of COVID-19, before Covid, the value of Masks and hand sanitizers were less but after the emergence of COVID-19, masks and sanitizers value increased and so is the Prices.

also value can be used in different context. price doesnt have to be the only way we judge the value of a product. we can asses its value by what the product does for a consumer. so if 2 products are available and one does more for me than the other, then id obviously choose that one.

You may use only one brand of shampoo or toothpaste, why becz in that budget you see that product giving maximum satisfaction.. this is your behaviour toward that product in market.

People have different tastes, budget and preferences that make consumer behaviour different and very important for marketers to understand. If they know what you like they can sell you more. If they can't understand what you like .. they won't be able to sell you
