Consumer Duty Board Report 

Join us for this insightful session: On an annual basis, the governing body of a regulated firm is expected to review and approve an assessment of progress with Consumer Duty; principally to evidence whether the firm is delivering good outcomes to customers. The first of these reports must be prepared and discussed by a firm’s governing body before 31st July 2024.
