I need judgement of apex courts regarding to following proposition: My client purchased a stock and corgo from Lahore to Rawalpindi through Pakistan railways and on the journey from Lahore to Rawalpindi there occured a tragedy and train got on fire and blazing so now we are claiming for compensation for our loss and damages and railways authority are claiming that your stock was for commercial it's not the liability of consumer court to provide compensation? Sir, if you have any knowledge of relevant judgments pertaining to this issue, it would mean a great deal.....
