to me, it feels like they are trying to show us the difference between content and context, the power both of them hold and how they can be used to be better decision makers/leaders/problem solvers,etc. i think they Emphasize the explanation of context because its much more important and can lead to a more productive resolve. this is just my opinion ,not a fact and would love to hear yours :)
