Thank you Dave. I'm a pretty new listener and I'm kinda young (25). Listening to your rant I realized I was stuck in a more juvenile mindset. I feel like I wasn't showing enough gratitude for the things I have. I just graduated Tech school with a Machinist 1 diploma and I have a decent job that will guide me into a better position in my trade, a beautiful wife that talked enough sense into my stupid ass to get me back in school to put me on this path, and two able legs to walk the path in front of me. So again, thank you Mr Ramsey. Watching this rant has helped me see things a little brighter.

I'm grateful for my grandma. She was the only person to show me any kind of love at all during my life. And I'm grateful for my job, any job I have. As a high-school drop out making $20an hour at my main job and $17 at my second part time job working 60 hours a week I'm grateful to have the opportunity and my grandma to raise me to be a man

The shaytards brought me here!i am grateful for my mum my fiancee my best friend and my dog. When i stop and reflect i realise i am grateful for everything in my life however i can be selfish ungrateful and unkind, how do i learn to always be humble and kind?Any advice from across the pond (I'm from the UK)would be gratefully received I'm in need of wisdom thank you

Everyone should be required to to have to learn from the golden tidbits of knowledge you speak about. BTW, I think you stole many of your prefects from a book canonized 2,000 years ago... :)).
