Control - Foundation Easter Egg 

the corridor opens when you find all these maneki-nekos through a series of puzzles. youre rewarded with a set of cat ears (which are the ones the player is currently wearing)

@@nightwave8124 why does it say CHEATER though? Can't you complete the cat quest without cheating?

@@kilbeam99 you can, but i guess their save file went weird and they had the cat ears previously when they solved the puzzle. im pretty sure the game moved it to a point in time when they didnt

When you get the cats they go into the room on a shelf but since it’s an Easter egg they weren’t there

I’m guessing it’s Agatha from the 3 Furies? Forgot their designation. The one with the dog, a woman with a dog skull for a head, and Agatha the cat statue.

I'm not sure exactly how this player here got in to that room without finding all the cats and finishing the Easter egg side quest, but normally you need to find all the cats around the game to get the cat ears and access to that hidden room. Because the player hadn't found all the cats (which usually then appear in that room when you have) the game punished the player believing they had cheated.
