As every year, two controllers from INRAE Nancy come to our greenhouses to sample and control our mycorrhized truffle plants. This will allow us to obtain the certification "mycorrhized truffle plant" and thus to market them. In this video, we also talk with Claude Murat, research engineer at INRAE who explains us the functioning of the INRAE license with Agri-Truffe.
