I'm not sure why so many have negative comments about this judge. I'm happy none of the people here are sitting on the jury or any jury for that matter. There was not much mentioned about the actions that led to her arrest, and were also led by the additional HOA story which is also an attempt to criminalize her. This is terrible reporting, and aimed at assassinating the character of this judge. Sad

It would certainly appear that this woman has no concept of the Georgia statutes and regulations, let alone the U.S. or Georgia Constitutions. Her courtroom must be a circus! Yet, she makes rulings in cases affecting peoples lives on a daily basis! Let that sink in. And this behavior just shows who she truly is. Pushed through law school (to get those 'underprivileged' numbers up) and given lots of donor money to run for judge. Truly clear evidence of the downfall of what's left of society and the judicial system.
