Donna Adelson is facing trial after police believe Charlie Adelson, Donna’s son, and Donna hired three people to kill Florida State University professor, Dan Markel. Markel was Donna’s ex-son-in-law who had been in an intense custody battle with her daughter, Wendi Adelson, at the time of his murder. Charlie has already been convicted of the crimes and was sentenced to life in prison. Donna was indicted on criminal charges a week after Charlie was found guilty.

Rashbaum was a millionaire before the Adelson’s. If he wasn’t representing Donna, that time would be used working on other cases. There’s only so many hours in a day. Second, nobody hires top dollar criminal defense attorneys that lose a lot of cases. He lost Charlie’s case, and if he loses Donna’s case, it could impact future business.

To the commentor who said, leave the mother alone, her son is in jail. Is that you Wendy? I listened to every minute of the trial. And listened to the jail calls, and at Christmas when they had a one way ticket to Vietnam (Vietnam has no extradition). Explain that one, Wendy. This was a family affair, she's just as guilty. You will find that most families that come from wealthy backgrounds think money takes care of everything… unfortunately it’s all to common that they do get off when there is under handed coverups or political influence & interference, which is basically what happened in this case in the beginning… Fortunately their (Adelsons) political cover has diminished and now it’s time to face hard justice 🙋‍♂️⚖️👨🏾‍⚖️

I love that they want to have her running suppressed. Roshbaum trying to be like "why is she was she even arrested, she was just trying to go on (*cough* permanent) vacation". Conscientiousness of guilt = running after your son is found guilty. The moment that I got life, I would have rolled all over on my mom and sister. Donna was the ringleader. She knew they would come for her and tried to run. I seem to remember hearing Roshbaum told her to run. I could be wrong on that. Can't wait for this trial. Just wish it wasn't potentially coinciding with Looney Boone. If Boone's trial ever starts that it.

I don't know if he's 'Hated', he is certainly not doing the case any favors, seeing as he lost Charlie's case, but, that's b/c Charlie is guilty, just like Donna.
