In theater, the gender of the character doesn't matter. What matters is how well the person is able perform as the character.

That's not her point though, as a person in theatre i know it's not about gender. But the show held auditions for mainly just boys, is what she meant🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I could careless about the gender change of the character. It’s a cartoon get over it. The true problem is this young girl is going to have to see all the backlash and most likely be very hurt and it’s all due to her mothers narcissism. Kim unfortunately will continue to put her daughter through scrutiny with no conscience.

I Just Can’t Wait to be King is a nepo baby anthem when you think about it. Singing about being given a role based solely off who your parents are with no concept of the work required for that role.
