This was eye-opening; however, most of that spoken relates to very expensive tests not covered by insurance. The average American does not have the money, as you said. Do tests once a year with what money? We have to change the commercialism of health care -half of these medications, supplements, tests are so more expensive than need to be.

Great conversation, I know about stem cells and certainly more preferable to surgery but prohibitively expensive (especially if you are a teacher). Insurance doesn't cover "alternative" treatments unfortunately. Still going to read the book!

It would be interesting for you to do a report about the fact that the USA leads the entire developed world in maternal death rate and today the Republicans banned abortion in Oklahoma. How can Republicans be pro life and ignore the maternal death rate?
This sounds expensive and we need to know what our individual bodies need to fuel our individual needs. Talk more about precision medicine that will tell us what we should be eating as individuals not from the government not from producers of packaged foods ...
I started to have a sore shoulder blade 2 days ago trying to treat with cold and warm plus rubbing with pain cream.I try to stay away from meds as much as possible.Some seniors take way too many.Thinking these treatments he talks about are not cheap.You would think he is a doctor but he is NOT.I stopped watching after 15 minutes he thinks he knows it all such a turn off!Talks way too much and fast.Take some breaths Tony while talking,LOL.
Agree. However the advice about being your own advocate of your health is right on. Preventative vs Reactive medicine is right on. Living a healthy lifestyle and not finding the time, he is so right. He talks fast yes. Energy jumps off the screen! Bottom line, take charge of your life. Not easy!
