I read James Doty’s book Into the Magic Shop and was moved to write to him. He was kind enough to send me a warm reply. I truly felt that I could improve my circumstances by adopting his practices. And I did for a minute. Then I got sick with some curious disease that is painful and limiting. So tomorrow is the day to end the pain. I’m cool with that.

Thanks for inspiring me, I do believe Chade-Meng Tan mentioned about using our thought or thinking for others wishing him or her to be happy coz with that alone before we show or speak what we think to others as if confirming, its a good way to be inclined to think goodness to others than using it for judgemental or discriminatory thought for others. I never did wishing others to be happy but as of this moment i will try and make it a habit to do it coz I love to see people happy and mostly my mom, and relatives and mostly people.

thrilling - physical fitness is form - consciousness is non-form - - this thing cannot be stopped - - so happy to see good men using their play with form to bring it - it is working

If you want to get your book out to the whole world for world peace.. make it as ebook download for free distribution.. no printing costs, everyone has a mobile device and internet.. soi if yo are genuine, then distribute the key to world peace for free. Dhamma should not be sold like goods in the market place.

Compassion first arises with the first stage of enlightenment. Compassion is Unsustainable without fully realised equanimity. Equanimity can only arise after attaining the 4th Jhana and manifestation of the 4 Brahma Viharas. those only happen after becoming fully realised. World Peace will only come when every single person on the planet has attained stream entry
