Salute to royal Princess. Simple and humble Princess. Doesn't like to go to sites that mark misery to mankind. Zero fashion. No slippers at home. Vegetarian. Eats sitting in floor on banana leaf. Its a class fit to rule. They had richest temple under them for centuries. During Maharaj era they could have made it a private temple and not a soul in world would know about the riches. They represent how RAM RAJYA would have been.

The issue is, our education system always taught India was a Republic, but never taught what a Republic actually was. For your reference, the Indian Constitution says in Article 18(1): No title, not being a military or academic distinction, shall be conferred by the State. Having said that, she is an adorable lady and pride of Kerala.

We are paper tigers in reality . If you are not comparing kerala with other states right now , then because of this family only , my family located in one place in travancore over 400 years , grand father born 1890 during the travancore raj rule , I have been told no beggers in any street of travancore , everyone lived happily, harmoniously 100% better than your so called democratic governments who are pimps of corporates and loot public wealth for their own benefits . It is the only kingdom in India which is not govern by British raj, first kingdom who defeat a European army in Asia, travancore - Dutch war 1600 AD , reason for tippu defeat in srirangapattanam. Pls refer these if you have time to know more about them. They are the core reason for our existence as a superior civil society among other states in India. What a great family! Kshatriyas and yet vegetarians..humble, benevolent and honest. They should once again be the rulers of Kerala. My family owe them a lot..the Muslim Maplah riots and ethnic cleansing of Hindus led to most of our family being slaughtered to death for refusing to convert, but the royal family helped us escape out of Kerala.

My appreciation of Travancore royals is because of their all round knowledge &experience.They knew the Western style but followed Travancorian! A self sufficient state. Their navy was trained by European? Palace children were given western education. This was the reason for Keralites secular, hygienic, god fearing &total literacy (later). The staunch belief in their family God Shri Padmanabha!

MenonN.S. there is a lady from Nizam royal family she speaks urdu, arabic, english, French German, so fluently that we believe that she is from that country , the pity is she can not speak telugu, language of people whom they have ruled, she can understand telugu , they have no work so they go round the countries stay there mix with with the locals pick up their language manners etiquitties. Even before that they are taught by best teachers,where as we live like frogs in a well, and think we are leading best life. So your royals

Even to me also, it was not audible when I heard first. When I replayed that part a second time got it clearly. She says that it is much more easier at our airports to get through the checking while returning from abroad, unlike earlier.
