Sorry for silly question maybe.. I live in South Africa and we all use Meters. I want to learn about inch myself. I am really confusing with Inch like for example I see on drawing 11'6", 6'18" etc.. what is ' and what is " next to number, all i know ' mean inch right? then what is "?
Oleg Stelmakh This is true. However, that direct conversion is not as commonly used in the United States. More students are familiar with the conversion between inches and centimeters and my goal is to make converting as simple as possible.
Remember 12 in = 1ft. So step one is to figures out how many inches you have. (60) And then you can follow the steps in the video to convert from inches to meters.
