Hi Frances! 👋 Hmmmm...the paragraph characters are blue? Interesting! Not sure I've seen that before. What if you copy one of them, then paste it into the search/replace dialogue box? Any luck with that?
Thanks so much, E W! 😊 I just checked Yahoo Mail to see if it wants emails separated by commas or semicolons, and it seems like both work. So you should be able to use the same steps from this video (where you get a list separated by semicolons) and then paste them into the "To" line in Yahoo Mail. Hope that helps!
Under the new Excel version, my paragraph marks show up in light blue and it cannot find them doing a search. Do you have any other options to add semi colons to my list?

Hi @DynamicPro Accounting! Yes, absolutely! Probably easiest to do it in Word. Take the semi-colon separated emails, copy/paste them into Word. Select all the addresses. Then go to the Insert tab-->Table (use the dropdown arrow)-->Convert Text to Table. Select the number of columns you want. And then on the bottom of the dialog ("Separate text at"), choose "Other" and then type in a semi-colon. That should separate them back into a table for you. Hope it helps! Hey Robert! If your addresses are already in a list on separate lines (presumably in Word), you should be able to just follow the steps in the video starting @01:35 and go from there. Let me know if that works (and/or if I'm misunderstanding!). :)
