Man I would give my left testicle to get one of these sequential shifters made for my genesis coupe track car. What an awesome invention! Had no idea that was even possible to convert a manual h pattern synchro to a sequential shifter.
So what you’re saying is if you want a proper sequential where the clutch is only used on take off buy one, if you only want to change to a straight shift pattern from a h and never miss 3rd again... ^
I want one but it's a bit on the expensive side for the average guy. Sure it's cheaper than the real deal but it's still like $3K for the shifter, sensor and gauge. Too bad they're the only ones of the market with this. Bremer had one but looks like they closed down before they even released them publicly.
Cant believe there isn't any option like that for cd009. Its probably most common gearbox in swaps these days plus there's at least one 350z at any track day. Big market, no product ;(
1:07 lol that was a great way to avoid answering the clutchless shift question... yea your right shift pattern has nothing to do with clutchless flat shift, yet no transmission this kit is offered in has a dog engagement option. This guy should be a politician.
would love to get one but its not offered for the mt82 in the mustang and a t56 xl swap is just too expensive in my country because no regular car here uses that transmission
You just buy a h-pattern dog box. Same inside. Think we've said this a few thousand times now. Doesn't make you a purist either, just makes you slower . :)
