@@deangraziosiI met Andrew Salle at a Miami Mastermind and we spoke about our shared love for you. He confirmed what I already knew. That you’re the most genuine guy with a heart of gold. Proud fellow former New Yorker here 💪
this was insanely eye-opening. I forgot how I used to believe in people. my family tried to train me to be cold and hateful. I remember everything. I feel like weights have been lifted from my body and soul.
This conversation reminds me of the quote by Dan Kennedy - For the record, I presume you are selling something legitimately beneficial that you believe in, therefore no squeamishness or apology for doing so as persuasively as possible is warranted. And for the record, if you can’t come to this with a conviction that no apology is warranted for the selling part, you are doomed.
Dean's book Millionaire Success Habits was my first ever business/self-help book and it started my entire journey, Alex's videos have been guiding me throughout the entire time I've been scaling my agency. It's amazing to see these two hangout and share such gold with so much conviction for us all. If you're reading this, I pray you have your best year yet! Another day, another W!
Such a great conversation…shifting to this mindset always gives you peace through the emotional roller coaster that sales is. Conviction over commissions!
Dean I really appreciate when you share your life stories, mostly because my relationship with my father is similar. But honestly it gives so much perspective on how those types of hardships turn into success.
Your answer about pain hits hard at home ... thanks so much for sharing! I'll remind myself of it any day I feel too much emotion from other people or wonder why my childhood was the way it was. You are awesome ❤
Really authentic stuff guys. You’re not top of the top for nothing. Ps - we have a pretty good sandwich but I’m off to make the best physical SOP sandwich in the world!
I saw you Dean in the fresh market restaurant in Phoenix (scottsdale) a few months back. I should have stopped to say hi. I had just had a crazy conversation with Kiyosaki and was pretty thrown off. I wish I would have stopped and introduced myself.
Root cause selling! YES! Companies only interested in profit are why 90% of the sales jobs I've had didn't work and made me HATE a job in sales. I'm just growing my cleaning business. I have worked on my own for a couple years and I love it! I love my customers, I do an exceptional, consistent job, I provide a valuable service and it's HONEST work. I feel good about the job I do. Selling my service feels good, I'm not "scamming" someone into something they really don't need. 😊
I am so touched. That resonates with what my dad faced back at home as a lessor of tenements. I pray and wish divine peace for your departed patron. The marketing strategy advocated is what sustains in the long run. We learn a lot and owe it you, Dean.❤
Hey! We got the same name. It isn't everyday that I find another Dean haha. Phenomenal podcast. I love alex. You were very informative. Learned a lot. Subbed.
Awesome Dean and yes, what an awesome 2024 year to come .yes we want to create and live a better lifestyle, than our parents did.To greater things to come in life and so much more. Dean, you have also been a blessing to me, and I want to thank you! By sharing your knowledge!
@Dean...that insight...that answer was very profound, amazing and I love the evolution but at that age its something else beyond transformation because of what it has transform you into... That situation could have went completely different. I'm already a huge Alex Fan..I'm well aware of his strengths, weaknesses, consistency because he's on repeat everyday.
I’m so used to watching a lot of long form videos of 1 hour to 2 hours long. That now watching a 23 min. video feels like “where’s the rest of the video”. It feels super quick.
