800 grams of sheep neck, preferably lamb
- 50 grams of animal butter
- 1/3 glass of brewed saffron (for rice and neck)
- 2 green cardamoms
- 2 to 3 large onions according to taste
- Cinnamon stick 1 finger
- Garlic is an almost big plant
-Glab Ala Kashan, one third of a tablespoon
-Lemon peel, about 1 tablespoon or lemon zest
Black pepper, a third of a teaspoon
Half a teaspoon or less of salt
- 2 cups of boiling water is enough
- For dill rice:
- Iranian rice 2 cups or glasses (for 3 people)
- Two handfuls or 100 grams of freshly washed

Let me tell you some very important points:
- The cooking time of this neck is very long. It should be cooked for at least 5 hours with the lowest heat of a small gas stove and it is better to spread the flame - for me it was cooked for about ten hours
- There should be no traces of water in the sauce of this neck.
- During cooking, visit it every hour and move the neck so that it doesn't burn.
- Add salt in the last hour of cooking
- If you see that the water has dried up and it still needs to be cooked, add half a glass of beer
